Policies and Procedures

NO CALL, NO SHOW, WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL FEE FOR SERVICES. CANCELING OR MODIFICATION WITH LESS THAN 3 HOURS NOTICE WILL BE CHARGED IN FULL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED FOR DEPOSITS OR CANCELLATIONS RECEIVED LESS THAN 24 HOURS BEFORE A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT.

Meridian Healing Touch is here to provide you with professional massage and therapy. The policies are listed here to serve as a guide for first time clients and regular clients.

Late Arrival

If you are late for an appointment, your treatment will end on time so that the next appointment may begin as scheduled. Should this happen, your service will be charged in full. No full or partial payment will be refunded. Please also note that if you are running late take a moment and text me.

Right to Refuse

Meridian reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone demonstrating behavior that is perceived to be inappropriate or disruptive to the spa atmosphere.

Returned Checks

There is a $35 fee for all returned checks. If paying with a check, the client must provide a driver's license if requested.

Cancellation

We require that you provide a 24-48 hour cancellation notice. Late cancellations will be charged 50% of the service scheduled. No shows will be charged 100% of service scheduled.

Please be sure to mention any medical information when you book an appointment. Certain treatments may not be advisable for you. Before treatment begins let Meridian know of any medical concerns.
